We want you to love your new toddler shoes. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return them within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Most our customers choose to print a photo of their baby or toddler, or a friends/relatives baby when giving the shoes as a gift. However, we will print the childs favorite toy, their pet, or any other content that is appropriate for a toddler shoe. Obviously content that is obscene, violent, or copyrighted will be deemed unacceptable, and you will be asked to provide a different picture or given a refund.
